This editions lead story is about the the sale of the residential  elder care in Hawkes Bay and the possibility of the sale of Dunblane in Gisborne.  The ch being to honour the past, live in the present, and to look to the future. Lorna Cowan (Manager Services for Older People) looks at the history of Elder Care provided by PSEC, the community support and financial contributions, and the way foreward from here. The other services also look at change, its challenges and the ways foreward, and we introduce a new category of personal stories which will become a regular feature of  future Supporters.
