John Slater (Deputy Chairman)
John Slater has been an independent trustee on the Board since February 2002 and Deputy Chairman since February 2007. A chartered accountant, John has extensive business experience and has been on various companies' boards. He is currently the Managing Director/Proprietor of a textiles company and a director of three other companies. Over the years John has been Treasurer and Manager on several Presbyterian church boards. He is active in the New Zealand National Party and an honorary member of his rotary club.
